I am a teacher (OCT certified) and I have been in education for over 10 years. I have mainly taught the primary grades (K-3) in the Ontario school board system. I have additional qualification certification in Primary Division Reading and Special Education.  I also have certification in Montessori education, TEFL, and TESOL.

I am a mother to teenage children who have all needed various types of support with their own reading journeys. I understand that the practice of learning how to read can be frustrating for some children. Identifying where their need is, and building a plan to help them attain their goals is very fulfilling. I look forward to working together to create a plan that works for your family.
